Your vetted contractor may pay a referral fee to OneClickHomes. The fee paid will be included within the contractor’s invoice and could be up to 20% of the total invoice amount depending on the service provided, the details of which are available on request. This does not affect the final amount you pay.

Tenant Fees

At OneClickHomes we place great importance on transparency and delivering the best possible customer service. Please find below a list of the charges that you will or may be liable to pay before, during and after your tenancy:

  • The rent
  • A tenancy deposit (5 weeks’ rent)
  • A holding deposit (1 weeks’ rent)
  • Payments for utilities, TV services/licence, communication services and council tax
  • Default Fees: Default fees Default interest on rent more than 14 days in arrears will be charged at the rate of 3% above Bank of England base rate for each day of arrears until the arrears are cleared, payment to be made by cleared funds.
  • Lost keys or other respective security devices limited to the actual cost of replacement
  • Tenant Fees: Should you wish to terminate your tenancy before the end of the term and the landlord agrees that you can terminate early, you will be responsible for the repayment of the pro-rata commission paid in advance by the landlord for the unexpired portion of the tenancy, unless you are exercising a break clause which is contained in your tenancy agreement. A charge of £50 incVAT will be applied for any contract variation, novation, amendment or change of occupant at the tenant’s request within an existing tenancy.

In most cases a Gas Safety Certificate, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Electric Certificate (NICEIC) must be provided to the agent prior to a tenant moving in. However, if you haven’t got one, we can help arrange this in a cost effective way. Please ask a member of staff for more information.

A service tailored to meet your needs; from a purely 'broking' capacity, where available residential properties are introduced to you subject to a success fee, through to a full and comprehensive package which deals with the whole buying process from arranging viewings, arranging finance, liaising with other estate agents, solicitors and surveyors and taking you over the line to completion.
