The Gidea Park office was opened in the autumn of 2019 following a surge in demand from our clients in both sales and lettings for assistance with their property requirements further to the east of London. Taking over the site from a long established Estate Agent on Balgores Lane, opposite Gidea Park Station, the vision was to bring the quality of service and work ethic from our Leyton roots. OC Homes Essex, was primarily opened as a Sales office with the Leyton office handling the property management and administrative requirements of the Lettings side of the business. The focus on sales from Gidea Park was to drive new business in areas the team were familiar with, having dealt with properties in Essex for some time. This brought a host of new clients, keen to experience the OC way and in no time at all, established the Essex branch as a trustworthy and reliable local agent picking up customer service awards within the first year.

It offers quick transport links into the City with trains from Gidea Park on the newly opened Elizabeth Line offering direct services into Liverpool Street within half an hour.
